-I may not be able to meet guest directly because I have a job. I'd be glad that if we could meet in person and have a coffee together (if time allows).
-This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house, 100% privacy
Hosts need to prepare the following for Lodger’s Registry Book:
-Keep the volume down after 10 pm.

-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. 
-Let me know if there’s anything necessary. I’d be more than happy to prepare everything you need as much as I can.
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish.
-Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat
