If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The hostel has a curfew at 0AM.The shower can be used until 11PM.Please note that guests using public transport are advised to get off at Otaru Station, not Minami-Otaru Station.
