Even if you do not smoke in the room, if you smell tobacco in the room or find cigarette butts, you will be charged a deodorization fee so that the cleaning service can deodorize the room.
The fee for cigarette deodorization is 19,800 yen. (The amount may vary depending on the contents of the work.)
*Parties are not allowed.
*If there are any traces of shoes in the room, you will be fined 10,000 yen.
*You will be billed for any expenses incurred, such as broken or lost keys, damaged or lost furniture or equipment, stains on bedding or sofas, change of linens due to bedwetting, or use of more linens than the number of people booked.
*Hair dyeing in the room is prohibited.
If there are any stains that we need to ask a cleaning company to clean, we will charge a separate cleaning fee.
*We are not responsible for any theft or loss.
*The heating must be set to 24 degrees or less.
Please turn it off when you go out, when you go to bed, and when you don't need it.
*If you rearrange your furniture, please return it to its original position.
*Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you check out.
Please note that any opened food items left behind will be disposed of.
*Children under the age of 6 stay free when using existing bed.
Porperty will charge same price as 1 adult when children using bedding.
1 adult surcharge for children over 6 years old.
