8.If you don’t check out on time, we receive the cleaning fee. The additional fee will be charged if you check out late.
9.Please pay attention if you do not inform us before the check-out time and delay for cleaning, the additional cleaning fee will be charged.
10.Luggage bag, buggy, and the trash are found out as checking out , the additional handling fee will be charged.
11.The house is just an apartment, not a hotel. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc.
12.Keep clean in the apartment.
13.Do not have anything shipped to the listing.
14.Finally, We briefly ask you ( the tourists) to have a consideration towards the house and living as the residents during the travel time
