(1) Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking room. It is prohibited to smoke, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products, anywhere else in and around the building. If smoking outside the smoking room is confirmed, compensation for damages (cleaning fees, etc.) will be charged.(2) Please sort the trash and do not dispose of bulky items, including cardboard boxes and shoeboxes. Additional fees will apply.(3) Please keep your valuables in good care. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage in the room.(4) Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you leave.We offer Cash-on-delivery (within Japan only). Please note that you must pay the courier directly upon delivery, and an additional handling fee of 1,500 yen per package will be charged.(5) The hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours at all times. If complaints are received regarding nuisance behaviour, guests will be required to immediately cease use of the property and vacate the premises, regardless of the circumstances. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.(6) Please check out punctually. Additional charges will apply for delays (3,300 yen for every 30 minutes).(7) If any issues arise due to smoking, complaints from neighbours, excessive soiling, damage to the building or facilities, or underreporting the number of guests, a penalty may be charged depending on the circumstances.(8) As required by Japanese regulations, foreign guests who do not have a residential address in Japan will be asked to provide their name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number during check-in.(Article 6, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Inns and Hotels Act; Article 4-2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Inns and Hotels Act)(9) Accommodation Tax: In accordance with Tokyo Metropolitan Government regulations, an Accommodation Tax applies to stays in Tokyo where applicable.
