1. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the rooms and common area.
If cigarette butts or odors are noticed during cleaning, it will be considered as smoking. If smoking is noticed, there will be a cleaning fee of 20,000 JPY charged to remove the smell.
※There are many fire alarms installed, so please make absolute sure not to smoke in the room!
2. No pets allowed.
3.Please take your shoes off as you enter the room. If you do not obey the rules, we will charge 15,000 yen for cleaning fee.
4. Depending the extent of caster marks on the floor and the rubbish littered in the room, there will be additional charge, 30,000 yen, for the guest who makes the room unexpectedly dirty.
5. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Please do not make noise. In case there are complains from neighborhood, guest will be banned from apartment. In that case, Please note that we cannot help to the refund of the accommodation fee.
※ In some cases, the police will come. There is a police station around here.
6. Please turn off the lights when you go out.
7. If you would like to use the kitchen, please be sure to contact us before your check in date. We will prepare kitchen utensils for rental (Extra Fee). Please note utensils cannot be prepared on the day of unless we are contacted ahead of time.
8.Please do not take the facilities. Fee will be charged when we know that guests take something from the house.
9. Please check out by 10AM. If you wish to extend your check-out time, please be sure to contact us prior to your stay. If your check out is extended without prior discussion, there will be an extension fee of 10,000 JPY/hour.
10. It is sometimes impossible to reply immediately to the message of those who wish to check in after 22:00, be sure to read and print the document and prepare for yourself to go to the room.
11. There are limits to the services we can provide. Please understand we may not be able to fufill all requests received.
12. We will not take responsibility even if you get lost without confirming the document that I gave you. Moreover, please understand that we do not accept any refunds for cancellation and claims that happened by guest's mistake.
13. We do not take any responsibility for any trouble that happen from the failure to observe the rules of the house, such as expenses, etc. Be sure to check the house rules and documents and then feel free to ask me anything.
14. My room is permitted by the government. and it is need to get a copy of the face photo page of all the passenger’s passport and signature of a special night’as accommodation contract.
15. Throwing away garbage in the common area of the property or outside of the building will result in a fine of 10,000 JPY. If you would like to throw away trash outside of the room, please let the front desk know.
16. If found with additional people staying that are not included in the reservation, there will be a fine of 20,000 JPY per additional person, multiplied by the number of nights.
17. Even if the additional person is a family or friend, it still violates the rule above, so the additional fee of 20,000 JPY per additional person, multiplied by the number of nights will apply.
18.A fee of ¥ 10,000 will be charged for items that require payment for disposal if you left it in the room .
19. Please feel free to use the consumables (such as toilet paper and detergent) provided. If you run out, please contact the front desk.
20.Excessive use of water and electricity will be charged separately.(Leaving the water running, leaving the dryer on, etc.)
21. If you want to use the host's number when booking services such as a restaurant, taxi, etc., please contact the host through agoda chat in advance. If the host's contact information is used without permission and I receive a call from the service you booked, I will cancel the reservation as I will not know who made the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
